At Design Bazaar, we take care to ensure every order is processed and delivered with the same attention to quality as the pieces themselves.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track its progress using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or through our Track Your Order page.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact our Client Services team at info@thedesignbazaar.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can arrange a resolution.
